At US Tires & Window Tint, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or service adjustments may be issued.
1. Service-Based Business Policy
Because we provide automotive services (window tint installation, tire services, and detailing), most transactions are for labor and custom-installed products. As a result, refunds are limited once services have been completed.
2. Window Tint Services
- All tint installations are custom-cut and applied to your specific vehicle.
- Once installation is completed, refunds are not issued.
- If there is a defect in installation (peeling, bubbling, lifting) within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the affected film at no charge.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by customer misuse, accidents, or improper care.
3. Tire Sales & Services
- New tires may be eligible for return only if unused and not mounted.
- Mounted or driven-on tires are non-refundable.
- Manufacturer warranties apply where applicable.
- Labor charges (mounting, balancing, installation) are non-refundable once completed.
4. Auto Detailing Services
- Detailing services are non-refundable once completed.
- If you are unsatisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours so we can address and correct any concerns.
5. Deposits & Appointment Payments
- Deposits are required to secure certain appointments.
- Deposits are non-refundable if an appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if proper notice is given.
6. Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
- No-shows may result in forfeiture of deposit.
7. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
Customers agree to contact us directly before initiating a payment dispute. We reserve the right to provide service documentation, signed agreements, and proof of completed work in response to disputes.
